Department: Modern Trade Duties & Responsibilities 1. Daily Assigned Route wise Partner 2. Outlets Visit, outlet Stock Checking & outlet Inventory Management 3. Merchandising Products in designated category shelf 4. Maintain cleanliness of designated or rented visual display 5. Maintain proper display as per planogram 6. Maintaining Eye Level Display 7. Tracking Inventory Movement 8. Implementation of any promotions on certain brand 9. Addressing Outlet Demand/Collecting Purchase Orders 10. Ensuring Timely Delivery 11. Target Oriented Mindset 12. Maintaining professional relationship with Outlet Manager & Staffs 13. Must possess good interpersonal and communication skills 14. Provide Customer Service at Outlets 15. Addressing and informing any issues at Outlet end 16. Keep tracking of competitors business trend 17. Timely reporting to supervisor on day-to-day activity 18. Maintaining Field Force Automation System for Attendance and other relevant tasks 19. Maintaining Grooming Standards 20.
