চাকরির বিবরণ
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and organizational guidelines
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process
• Ensure proper onboarding, documentation, and employee file management
• Monitor employee attendance, leave, and disciplinary matters
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Bangladesh Labour Law
• Manage performance evaluation and KPI tracking systems
• Prepare HR reports including attendance, turnover, and performance
• Oversee payroll coordination and final settlement process
• Implement training and development programs
• Maintain office discipline and administrative control
• Advise management on HR strategies and organizational development
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HRM / Business Administration
• MBA in HRM will be a strong advantage
• PGD in HRM is preferred
• 4–6 years of experience in HR & Administration
• Managerial experience preferred
Skills & Competencies:
• Strong knowledge of Bangladesh Labour Law
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to handle sensitive situations professionally
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving ability
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Proactive, disciplined, and result-oriented mindset
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
Compensation & Benefits:
• Salary: Negotiable
• Attendance Bonus: BDT 1,000 per month
