Key Responsibilities: • Monitor live and saved CCTV footage to ensure the security of company premises, assets, employees, and visitors. • Identify and immediately report suspicious activities, unauthorized access, safety violations, or operational irregularities. • Record incidents, prepare daily monitoring reports, and maintain accurate documentation. • Coordinate effectively with security guards, administration, HR, and management during emergencies. • Review recorded footage for investigations, disciplinary matters, or management requirements. • Ensure the proper functioning of CCTV systems, DVR/NVR devices, and related equipment, reporting technical issues promptly. • Maintain strict confidentiality of surveillance data and company information. • Support compliance with security policies and safety standards. Qualifications & Requirements: • Education: Graduate from any recognized institution. (Additional training/certification in CCTV operation or security management is an advantage). • Experience: 0–1 years in CCTV monitoring, security surveillance, call center, or control room operations. Experience in corporate offices, factories, or shopping malls is an added advantage. • Gender: Only female candidates are eligible to apply. • Attributes: Strong observation skills, attention to detail, ability to respond quickly, honest, disciplined, and highly responsible. • Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency (MS Office) and familiarity with surveillance software. Salary & Benefits: • Salary: BDT 15,000/- per month. • Benefits: 2 Festival Bonuses per year and other benefits as per company policy.
