The role involves handling employee lifecycles facilitating communication between departments assisting in recruitment and ensuring a smooth workflow between clients vendors and internal teams. Key Responsibilities Manage full cycle recruitment and onboarding for new employees and field vendors Maintain employee records attendance and HR documentation Handle internal communications and support performance management Support employee engagement and ensure a positive work environment Ensure HR policies and compliance standards are met Requirements and Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in HR or related fields Freshers with strong English skills are also encouraged to apply Excellent command of English in speaking writing reading and listening Strong multitasking ability and capability to work under pressure Candidates with experience in rental or property preservation will be given priority Highly motivated individuals with strong communication skills but no prior industry experience are welcome Salary BDT 25000 to 35000 per month Negotiable based on experience Benefits Two festival bonuses Annual salary increment Attendance bonus
