Key Responsibilities: • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, onboarding, and employee coordination. • Maintain accurate attendance, leave records, and comprehensive HR documentation. • Support payroll processing and monthly HR administrative tasks. • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and performance review activities. • Ensure the proper implementation and adherence to company HR policies and procedures. • Assist in handling employee concerns, grievances, and workplace disciplinary matters. • Maintain HR reports, records, and compliance documentation. • Provide operational support for overall HR and office administrative activities. Qualifications & Requirements: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, or a related discipline. • Experience: 4–6 years of relevant professional HR experience. • Competencies: • Good understanding of HR operations and the Bangladesh Labour Law. • Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and work in a professional environment. • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work under pressure. • Preferred: Experience in the automobile, distribution, import, or trading industry will be considered an added advantage. Salary & Benefits: • Salary: BDT 50,000 – 60,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience). • Benefits: Opportunity to work in a professional and growing
