Key Responsibilities • Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients • Act as the main point of contact for client communication and support • Understand client needs and ensure services are delivered accordingly • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution • Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to clients • Handle client queries, concerns, and service-related issues professionally • Identify opportunities for account growth and client retention • Prepare reports, updates, and account documentation as required • Ensure high client satisfaction through proactive service and follow-up Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field • Previous experience in account management, client servicing, sales, or a relevant role • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Good organizational and problem-solving abilities • Ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks efficiently • Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Preferred Qualifications • Experience in corporate account handling or service-based industries • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills • Professional attitude with a customer-centric mindset Salary • Negotiable / Attractive package for the right candidate
