Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
• Annual Audit Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive audit plans aligned with organizational risks.
• Audit Execution & Supervision: Lead and supervise audit engagements to ensure thoroughness and accuracy.
• Reporting: Prepare high-level audit reports and communicate findings to stakeholders and management.
• Audit Quality Assurance: Ensure all audit activities meet professional standards and quality benchmarks.
• Professional & Personal Development: Mentor team members and stay updated on evolving audit practices.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance from a reputed university.
• Professional Certification: CA, ACCA, CIA, ACMA, or CPA will be considered a strong advantage.
• Experience: 8 to 10+ years of relevant internal audit experience.
• Competencies:
• Deep understanding of audit methodologies, risk assessment, and internal control frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of MFS regulations, ICT security guidelines, tax, and labor laws.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex audits and maintain high ethical standards.
• Note: Must be prepared for extensive field visits across the country.
