Key Responsibilities: • Provide primary treatment and first aid to factory workers and staff. • Assist the factory doctor during medical check-ups and treatments. • Monitor and record patient vital signs (BP, temperature, pulse, etc.). • Maintain accurate daily patient registers and medical records. • Handle minor injuries, workplace-related health issues, and support emergency response procedures. • Ensure the proper storage and availability of essential medicines and medical supplies. • Support health awareness programs (hygiene, nutrition, maternity care, etc.) and assist in pre-employment health check-ups. • Maintain necessary medical compliance documents for audits such as BSCI, SEDEX, etc. Qualifications & Requirements: • Education: Diploma in MATS (Medical Assistant Training School). • Registration: Must hold a valid BMDC (Bangladesh Medical and Dental Council) Registration. • Experience: Minimum 2 years of work experience in the RMG or Footwear industry. • Attributes: Strong teamwork ability, professional attitude, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of workplace health and safety.
