Key Job Responsibilities: Territory Management: Monitor and follow up on assigned territory or regional operations effectively. Team Leadership: Guide and supervise sales personnel to achieve sales and collection targets. Strategy Execution: Implement sales strategies and plans at all levels within the assigned territory. Market Intelligence: Maintain strong knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and promotional activities. Performance Targets: Achieve sales and collection goals according to the company’s business plan. Distribution Control: Follow up and monitor product distribution up to dealer/customer points. Business Development: Develop new dealer networks and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. Field Operations: Regularly visit dealer locations and different market areas to generate sales. Data Collection: Visit new areas and collect information on under-construction buildings and potential business opportunities. Corporate Sales: Visit corporate clients to secure long-term business partnerships.
