Job Details
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Prepare and maintain regular sales reports and updates
• Maintain and update dealer and retailer database accurately
• Handle order processing and follow up on order status
• Prepare MIS reports as required by management
• Support inventory management and monitor stock-related information
• Track sales targets and assist in performance monitoring
• Ensure proper documentation and administrative support for the sales department
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline
• Proficiency in MS Office and general computer operations
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Experience in FMCG and/or lubricants industry will be preferred
• Ability to work in a structured and target-driven environment
