Key Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote company products/services. • Generate sales and meet or exceed daily/monthly targets. • Follow up with leads and high-value customers to ensure sales conversion. • Lead, support, and train new telesales staff. • Monitor sales performance, call quality, and prepare regular performance reports. • Understand customer needs, offer suitable solutions, and maintain an accurate customer database. Qualifications & Requirements: • Education: Minimum HSC / Diploma / Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution. • Experience: At least 2–4 years of proven experience in Telesales (Outbound Call). • Skills: Strong communication and persuasion skills, clear speaking voice, ability to work under pressure, and basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, CRM). Excellent leadership ability and experience with CRM software are highly preferred. Salary & Benefits: • Salary: Basic BDT 15,000 – 25,000 (Negotiable). • Incentives: BDT 7,000 – 15,000 monthly incentives based on sales volume. • Benefits: Mobile allowance, Provident Fund, Festival Bonuses (2 per year), Leave Fare Assistance, yearly salary review, and career growth opportunities.
