Responsibilities : 🔹 Inventory Management • Receiving, checking, and storing incoming goods • Keeping accurate records of stock levels • Assisting in stock counting and audits • Reporting shortages, damages, or discrepancies 🔹 Storage & Organization • Arranging items neatly and systematically • Ensuring proper labeling and coding of products • Maintaining cleanliness and safety of the store 🔹 Issuing Materials • Issuing materials or products as per requisition • Recording all stock movements (in/out) • Preparing delivery or dispatch notes 🔹 Documentation & Record Keeping • Maintaining stock registers, bin cards, or digital systems • Updating inventory software or Excel sheets • Filing purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes 🔹 Coordination & Support • Assisting storekeeper or supervisor in daily tasks • Coordinating with purchasing and production departments • Helping with stock replenishment planning 🔹 Safety & Compliance • Following safety rules for handling goods • Ensuring proper storage conditions (e.g., temperature, humidity if needed) • Preventing loss, theft, or damage Compensation & Other Benefits: Salary Review: Yearly Festival Bonus: 2 Earn leave encashment.
