The most important condition in this notice is a district restriction. A candidate must be a permanent citizen of Bangladesh by birth and must also be a permanent resident of Narail district. Candidates who are not permanent residents of Narail district are not eligible to apply, irrespective of their qualifications. Age Limit for Application

• Use only a colour photograph taken within one month for the application.

• Before submitting the application form, verify all the information entered in it, as no change will be allowed after the fee has been paid.

• After receiving the User ID, pay the prescribed examination fee by SMS from a Teletalk pre-paid mobile number within 72 hours of submitting the online application.

• Download and print a copy of the completed online application (Applicant's Copy) and preserve it to use as a reference during the examination, and bring one copy to the oral examination.

The online application will not be accepted in any way until the examination fee has been paid.

If the User ID or password is forgotten, it can be recovered by sending an SMS from a Teletalk pre-paid mobile number. Examination Stages and Admit Card

On the basis of the information given in the application, only eligible candidates will be considered for the written examination, and candidates who pass the written examination will be allowed to take part in the practical examination, where applicable, and in the oral examination.

The admit card can be downloaded from dcnarail.teletalk.com.bd or received by SMS on the candidate's mobile phone. Candidates must keep the mobile number given in the application active at all times, as all information regarding the examination will be sent to that number by SMS. Using the User ID and password sent by SMS, the candidate must download the admit card containing the roll number, the name of the post, the date, time and venue of the examination and must produce it at the written examination, the practical examination, where applicable, and the oral examination.

No TA or DA will be paid to candidates for taking part in the selection examination.

Documents Required at the Oral Examination

• All the original educational certificates and the experience certificate, if any, along with copies of them.

• A character certificate issued by a 9th grade gazetted officer.

• A citizenship certificate issued by the Chairman of the concerned Union Parishad or the Pourashava Administrator.

• The National Identity Card or the birth registration certificate.

• For candidates applying against the freedom fighter quota, the freedom fighter certificate of the father or mother, attested by a 9th grade gazetted officer with the officer's name and seal on the copy.

• For candidates applying against the freedom fighter quota, a certificate issued by the Pourashava Administrator or the Union Parishad Chairman mentioning the relationship with the freedom fighter.

• The appropriate certificate in support of a claim under the small ethnic group, physically disabled or third gender quota.

• The certificate or proof issued by the proper authority in support of the quota claim.

• An attested copy of the downloaded Applicant's Copy.

• An attested photocopy of the written examination admit card.

All original documents must be produced for verification at the time of the oral examination.
