Job Responsibilities: • Purchase various products for the office/project every month • Clean the air conditioner filters of the office and flat every month • Search for flats and apartments for rent/purchase on remaining days • Quickly resolve minor maintenance and urgent tasks of the office • Perform other tasks as instructed by the higher authorities Requirements: • Minimum SSC • No experience required • Skilled in riding a bicycle or motorcycle • Personal bicycle or motorcycle and valid license preferred • Must have a smartphone • Good knowledge of Dhaka city roads • Honest, trustworthy, responsible and hardworking Benefits: • Salary: 15,000 BDT • Mobile bill and travel allowance • Friendly working environment
