দায়িত্বসমূহ • market scenario এবং target customer বিবেচনায় কার্যকর marketing strategy নির্ধারণ করা • পরিবর্তনশীল market trend, strategic tools এবং related বিষয় সম্পর্কে updated থাকা • consumer insight gathering ও planning process-এ সহায়ক research recommend ও implement করা • research data থেকে insightful conclusion develop করা এবং strong strategy প্রস্তুত করা • market research ও consumer analysis-এর ভিত্তিতে big idea তৈরি করা • creative team-এর সঙ্গে সমন্বয় করে big idea নিয়ে কাজ করা • product, service এবং বর্তমান strategy research করে new opportunity identify করা • social ও digital platform-এ monthly basis-এ strategic planning lead করা, যাতে brand presence-এর জন্য clear direction দেওয়া যায় • internal team-এর সঙ্গে সমন্বয় করে client-এর জন্য best-in-class social media ও content-driven campaign develop করা • social media interaction-এর মাধ্যমে client relationship build ও maintain করা • marketing, design এবং content team-এর সঙ্গে liaison করে customer experience optimize করা এবং brand consistency নিশ্চিত করা • data-based strategic direction প্রদান করা এবং business proposal প্রস্তুত করা যোগ্যতা ও শর্তাবলি • BBA / MBA in Marketing, Advertising বা সংশ্লিষ্ট বিষয়ে ডিগ্রি থাকতে হবে • Event Management / Advertising Agency-তে ৩–৫ বছরের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে • Event Management / Advertising Agency-তে Strategic Planner হিসেবে কাজের প্রমাণিত অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে • online marketing tools ও practices সম্পর্কে hands-on experience থাকতে হবে • client campaign ও content-এর জন্য thoughtful, data-backed strategic plan তৈরি করার সক্ষমতা থাকতে হবে • social listening, web analytics এবং content planning-এর মাধ্যমে marketing solution develop করতে পারতে হবে • actionable insight identify করে best-in-class work deliver করার strong analytical skill থাকতে হবে • strong strategic ও creative thinking ability থাকতে হবে • interpersonal, team building ও relationship management skill ভালো হতে হবে
