Job Responsibilities: • Handle international and domestic air ticket bookings, reissues, cancellations, and refunds. • Manage Global Distribution Systems (GDS) efficiently. • Provide accurate fare quotes, flight itineraries, and travel consultancy to clients and agents. • Respond promptly to customer queries via phone, email, and messaging platforms. • Maintain strong relationships with airlines and vendor partners to secure competitive rates. • Cooperate with the visa and tour packages team to ensure seamless customer service. Requirements: • 1 to 3 years of proven experience in air ticketing and reservation within a reputed travel agency. • Freshers with professional GDS training may apply. • Proficiency in Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo is mandatory. • Graduate/HSC. • Strong communication skills in both English and Bangla (written and verbal). • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic internet browsing. • Must be able to work under pressure and handle critical timelines.
