Job Responsibilities: • Handle air ticket booking, reservation, re-issuance, cancellation, and related services. • Assist customers with flight schedules, fares, and travel-related queries. • Manage bookings and reservations using GDS systems. • Provide professional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction. • Coordinate with airlines and relevant teams when required. Requirements: • 1-2 years of experience in Air Ticketing & Reservation. • Good knowledge of GDS systems (Galileo/Amadeus/Sabre). • Strong communication and customer service skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment. • Responsible, organized, and customer-focused attitude.
