Candidate Requirements: • Education: Minimum Graduate (Pass) from any recognized institution • Experience: Travel agency sector-এ কমপক্ষে ৩ বছরের সক্রিয় কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে • Language: International communication-এর জন্য English-এ written and spoken fluency থাকতে হবে • Skills: • GDS systems যেমন Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo-এ দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে • Air ticket booking, reissue, refund এবং itinerary handling সম্পর্কে বাস্তব জ্ঞান থাকতে হবে • Customer handling এবং reservation management skill থাকতে হবে Key Responsibilities: • Domestic and international air ticket booking পরিচালনা করা • Flight reservation, reissue, refund এবং cancellation process handle করা • Customer-কে fare details, routing এবং travel information প্রদান করা • GDS ব্যবহার করে booking ও reservation-related কাজ সম্পন্ন করা • Airline policies ও ticketing rules অনুযায়ী কাজ করা • Client queries-এর দ্রুত এবং professional response দেওয়া Office Terms & Benefits: • Office Hours: 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM • Work Week: 6 days per week • Salary: Negotiable (Based on expertise and experience)
