Key Responsibilities: • Achieve assigned sales targets within the designated area • Manage, motivate, and supervise sales officers & representatives • Develop area‑wise sales plans and distribution strategies • Expand dealer/distributor network and market coverage • Monitor market activities and competitor movements • Ensure proper product availability and visibility in the market • Prepare sales reports and submit to management regularly Requirements & Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field • Proven experience in sales, preferably as an ASM or similar role • Strong leadership, communication & negotiation skills • Ability to work independently and under pressure • Willingness to travel within the assigned area Salary & Benefits: • Salary: Negotiable • Sales incentive & performance bonus • Other benefits as per company policy 📍 Office Address: House 3/5 (5th Floor), Road‑16 Nikunja‑02, Dhaka
