Design Cell is looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Assistant Architect to join our growing team. The selected candidate will support the design and execution of residential and commercial projects by preparing architectural drawings, 3D visualizations, working drawings, and coordinating with project teams to ensure smooth project delivery. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and working drawings. * Develop 3D models and realistic renderings. * Assist in concept development and design presentations. * Coordinate with engineers, clients, and site teams. * Conduct site visits and monitor design implementation. * Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and project documentation. * Revise drawings based on client feedback and project requirements. * Ensure designs comply with project standards and timelines. **Required Skills:** * Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch). * Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp/Revit, Lumion/D5 Render, and Adobe Photoshop. * Strong design sense, detailing, and space planning skills. * Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
