Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and a variety of beverages. • Experiment and create signature mocktails as a skilled mixologist. • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times. • Provide excellent customer service and engage with guests to enhance their dining experience. • Manage beverage inventory and ensure all ingredients are fresh and well-stocked. Qualifications & Requirements: • Experience: Proven experience as a Barista or Mixologist is highly preferred. • Skills: Expertise in coffee brewing techniques and creative mocktail preparation. • Attributes: Passionate about the craft, energetic, and capable of working in a team-oriented environment. Salary & Benefits: • Salary: BDT 15,000 – 20,000 (Based on experience). • Benefits: Service charge, staff food, and accommodation provided by the restaurant.
