Key Responsibilities: • Assist the Head Chef in preparing Thai and Chinese menu items. • Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet the restaurant’s standards. • Maintain strict kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and safety protocols. • Manage kitchen inventory and assist in ingredient preparation. • Work efficiently during peak hours to ensure timely food service. Qualifications & Requirements: • Education: Relevant culinary training or equivalent experience. • Experience: Proven experience in preparing Thai and Chinese cuisine. • Attributes: Creative, hardworking, ability to work under pressure, and a team-oriented mindset.
