Job Summary: We are seeking an Assistant Manager – IE to support industrial engineering operations. The candidate will be responsible for line balancing, SMV analysis, and ensuring productivity targets are met in our woven garments and jacket production lines. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in managing line balancing and capacity planning. • Conduct SMV analysis and process optimization. • Monitor productivity improvement and support the IE Manager. • Ensure efficient utilization of resources in the production floor. Qualifications & Requirements: • Education: B.Sc. in Textile Engineering, IE, IPE, Apparel Manufacturing, or related discipline preferred. • Experience: 3–10 years of relevant experience in Industrial Engineering within the RMG industry. • Skills: Hands-on expertise in Woven Garments and Jacket Manufacturing. • Traits: Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
