Key Responsibilities: • Overall office management and strategic marketing oversight. • Conduct market analysis and develop effective sales/marketing plans. • Guide, supervise, and mentor the marketing team. • Coordinate all relevant operational matters and ensure target achievement. • Provide regular reports to upper management. Qualifications & Requirements: • Education: Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (Honors/BSc/Diploma). • Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience. • Requirement: Must be willing to work in any location outside Dhaka.
