Job Responsibilities: • Assist leadership and supervision of the sales team • Actively participate in product sales and marketing activities • Communicate with customers and build relationships • Help achieve sales targets • Submit daily/weekly sales reports • Handle customer complaints and queries • Participate in marketing promotional activities • Execute tasks according to Manager’s instructions Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Mandatory) • At least 3-5 years of experience in sales • Experience in Real Estate or Hotel & Resort Share Sales will be given priority • Leadership qualities and interest in team work • Proficient in Computer and MS Office • Excellent communication skills Benefits: • Salary: BDT 25,000 – 40,000 (Based on experience) • Eid Bonus (2 per year) • Provident Fund • Health Insurance • Official holidays and entertainment • Career growth and training opportunities • Performance-based incentives
