Job Responsibilities & Context: The Assistant Manager, Overseas Marketing will be responsible for selling our products and services to the NRBs residing in different countries. He/she has to source lead for all the related products and services and close sales effectively. He/she will Identify and develop new business opportunities within the international market and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients. He/she must generate leads, build client relationships, set target to hit or exceed revenue forecast and finally meet customer needs offering our products or services. • Identify and create different channel to generate leads. • Attend all the leads come from Digital Marketing and/or different sources. • Inform the customers about the different products or services that we offer. • Assist the customers with all required and related information. • Proper Negotiation. • Continuous follow up. • Right conversion. • Build and maintain long term relationship. Additional Requirements • Age At least 25 years • 5 year(s) working experience in real estate sales with 3 years working experience in same position. • Strong Communication skills. • Strong Negotiation Skill. • Analytical skills and attention to detail. • Tech and social media savvy. • An understanding of current real estate trends. • Ability to produce innovative ideas. • Team working skills. • Collaboration and relationship management. • Candidates may submit a sales and marketing strategy or a marketing and sales report covering the last six months from their previous company along with their CV (applications including these documents will be given priority). • Alternatively, candidates should have these materials prepared so that they can bring them along if called for an interview.
