1. To achieve monthly sales target from Modern Trade as well as control credit limit in assigned institution.
2. Contributing to, and developing, preparing business plan and marketing strategies for respective institutions.
3. Collate market performance report of own and competitor's products to build future sales strategies.
4. Preparing Consumer promotional plan of Modern Trade and execute it successfully for increasing sales.
5. Visit the prospective outlet on a regular basis to enhance national sales volume.
6. Compile, analyze, and interpret sales data to provide reports to management on performance.
7. To supervise the client activities in term of achievement of their target ensuring, merchandising & display, maintain stocks, delivery, products availability, product sampling and damage.
8. To supervise chain outlets PO, GRN, timely bill submitting & collecting and overall month ended review.
9. Follow up and manage cost reduction plan (CRP) and maximization of profit by utilization of assets.
10. Build and maintain effective Customer Relationships Management (CRM).
11. Any other job assigns by the supervisor or line management time to time.
