The ideal candidate should be dynamic, enthusiastic, and possess strong industry connections. Position: Assistant Manager – Projects (Sales) Vacancy: 3 Location: Dhaka Salary: Tk 80,000 – 1,00,000 Education: MBA in Marketing Experience: 10–12 years Responsibilities: – Identify and engage clients like architects, designers, builders, and contractors. – Drive project sales across residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors. – Conduct product trials and technical presentations. – Maintain a database of leads, projects, and decision-makers. – Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. – Monitor competitors and adjust strategies accordingly. – Provide excellent after-sales service and support. – Ensure timely payment collection and minimize credit risks. – Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order fulfillment. – Represent the company in industry events and promotions. Requirements: – Strong network in design, construction, or real estate sectors. – Skilled in project tracking, CRM, data analysis. – Excellent communication, negotiation, and reporting skills.
