We are looking for some potential candidates for the position of "Assistant Manager-Sustainability” for a RMG Industry (MNC). We are looking for some dynamic & enthusiastic people who have at-least 6-10 years of relevant experience in the RMG Industry (specifically lingerie sector). Education: MSc in Environmental Science, Social Compliance. Salary: 60,000 tk-80,000 tk The job responsibilities include collaborating on business strategy and building relationships with key stakeholders, overseeing compliance team leads to ensure effective coordination, and mentoring future leaders. The role involves supporting worker health, safety, and human rights in line with company values, maintaining high standards during compliance audits across social, technical, environmental, and safety areas, and proactively identifying and addressing non-compliance risks. Additionally, it requires guiding the development of corrective action plans with vendors, ensuring supplier and factory compliance with labor and environmental standards, coordinating with stakeholders for issue resolution, and performing investigative audits to support the compliance team.
