Job Responsibilities: * Assist the lead teacher in conducting daily classes and classroom activities. * Support students in their learning and academic development. * Prepare and organize teaching materials and classroom resources. * Maintain a positive, disciplined, and friendly classroom environment. * Monitor students’ participation, progress, and behavior. * Provide individual support to students when required. * Assist with assignments, classwork, examinations, and other academic activities. * Communicate professionally with teachers, students, and parents when necessary. * Perform other academic and administrative duties as assigned by the authority. Requirements: * Minimum educational qualification: HSC or Bachelor’s degree preferred. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work patiently and effectively with students. * Responsible, punctual, sincere, and hardworking. * Passion for teaching and willingness to learn. * Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
