Job Responsibilities: • Promote and sell banquet services for weddings, corporate events, meetings, and other functions. • Handle client inquiries and provide detailed information about banquet packages. • Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and event planners. • Coordinate with operations, kitchen, and service teams to ensure successful event execution. • Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets. • Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up with potential clients. • Ensure customer satisfaction before, during, and after events. • Maintain sales records and report to management regularly. Requirements: • Minimum 2+ years of experience (preferred). • Candidates with Hotel & Resort industry experience will get priority. • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets. • Customer-focused and professional attitude.
