Job Responsibilities: • Prepare coffee, tea and various hot and cold beverages according to standard recipes. • Operate espresso machines and other barista equipment properly. • Ensure consistency in taste, quality and presentation of beverages. • Take customer orders and serve beverages in a professional manner. • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar counter and work area. • Monitor and maintain adequate stock of coffee, milk, syrups and other beverage ingredients. • Follow food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards. • Provide friendly and professional customer service. • Coordinate with other baristas and restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations. • Perform other duties assigned by management. Requirements: • Basic knowledge of coffee and beverage preparation. • Experience operating espresso machines and barista equipment will be an advantage. • Good customer service and communication skills. • Friendly, responsible, hardworking and punctual. • Ability to work effectively as part of a team. • Previous barista or café experience will be an advantage. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
