Job Responsibilities: • Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee and beverages according to brand standards. • Handle all cash and digital payment transactions accurately using the POS system. • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests and taking orders efficiently. • Maintain a clean and organized workstation including the coffee machine and billing counter. • Manage inventory levels for coffee beans, milk, and other essential supplies. • Upsell bakery items or special promotions to increase daily sales revenue.
