Key Responsibilities: Actively engage with customers to promote the smartphone brand and demonstrate product features and benefits. Assist customers in understanding the product lineup, helping them choose the right smartphone based on their needs and preferences. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, offering technical support, and resolving any issues. Sales product and available accessories. Achieve individual sales targets by creating an engaging, personalized sales experience. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the brand’s products, promotions, and industry trends. Ensure the store’s visual merchandising aligns with brand guidelines and contributes to an appealing shopping environment. Support in-store events, product launches, and marketing activities to increase brand awareness and foot traffic. Collect and report customer feedback and insights to improve the brand’s retail strategy and product offering. Collaborate with store staff and management to create a seamless and efficient shopping experience. Requirements: Education: We are highly encouraging to apply Fresh graduate from Business background. S.S.C & H.S.C passed can also apply. Qualifications: Previous experience in brand promotion, retail sales, or a similar role is preferred. Familiarity with smartphones and consumer electronics is an advantage.
