Position Name Student Counselor / Business Development Executive Job Location House 10, Road 02, Sector 06, Uttara House Building, Dhaka-1230 Job Responsibilities • Counsel students about international study opportunities, universities, courses, scholarships, admission requirements, and career pathways. • Guide students for study destinations including Malaysia, UK, Thailand, and Malta. • Generate new student leads and convert prospective students into successful admissions. • Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, universities, agents, and business partners. • Develop and execute business development strategies to increase student enrollment and company revenue. • Identify new markets, business opportunities, and potential university/institution partnerships. • Manage the full admission cycle from lead generation to application, follow-up, conversion, and enrollment. • Achieve monthly and yearly admission, revenue, and business development targets. • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to improve recruitment strategies. • Represent the organization in education fairs, seminars, workshops, university events, and promotional campaigns. • Prepare and deliver professional presentations for students, parents, institutions, and business audiences. • Conduct Facebook/Instagram Live, webinars, seminars, and educational video sessions. • Participate in video content creation, including university promotion, student testimonials, informational videos, and branding campaigns. • Work closely with marketing and content teams for branding, promotion, and student acquisition activities. Requirements • Excellent professional English fluency in both written and spoken communication. • Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills. • Smart, confident, charismatic, and professional personality. • Excellent presentation, public-speaking, and on-camera communication skills. • Strong leadership, team-management,
