Key Responsibilities • Handle customer transactions quickly and accurately • Process cash, credit card, and mobile payments using a Restaurant POS system • Serve as the primary point of contact for guests • Manage reservations and handle phone inquiries professionally • Provide detailed information about menu items, ongoing offers, and promotions • Coordinate between front-of-house and kitchen teams • Verify the accuracy of takeout and delivery orders • Ensure timely hand-off of orders to guests or delivery personnel • Maintain proper transaction records and support smooth daily operations Requirements • HSC, Bachelor’s degree, or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field • Strong basic math skills and attention to detail • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment • Physical stamina to stand for long periods • Experience in Resort, Hotel, Restaurant, or Cafe will be preferred
