Key Responsibilities: • Handle customer transactions, including cash, card, and digital payments accurately. • Process food orders quickly and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system. • Provide friendly and polite customer service, addressing inquiries or concerns. • Maintain a clean and organized checkout area. • Balance the cash drawer at the end of shifts. Qualifications & Requirements: • Education: HSC/Graduate preferred. • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a relevant cash-handling or customer service position. • Attributes: Smart, punctual, well-mannered, strong communication skills, and ability to work under pressure with a positive attitude.
