Job Responsibilities: • Assist the Chinese Chef in daily kitchen preparation. • Help with cutting, washing, cleaning, and organizing ingredients. • Support food preparation for Chinese dishes. • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area. • Keep kitchen tools, equipment, and workstations clean. • Follow instructions from the Chef and kitchen supervisor. • Ensure food safety and proper storage of ingredients. • Help during busy service hours when needed. Requirements: • Previous experience in Chinese kitchen or restaurant will be preferred. • Must be hardworking, honest, and punctual. • Ability to work under pressure. • Must maintain cleanliness and discipline. • Team-working attitude is required. • Freshers may apply if willing to learn.
