Maintain administrative functions to ensure all processes run smoothly and efficiently; Assist in daily Admin operations activities; Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance; Sound knowledge in handling procurement; Excellent negotiation skills, able to source the best product with lowest price; Must be able to source and select honest and reliable suppliers/vendors; Record receipts and vouchers properly to ensure accuracy in all purchase transaction’s records; Maintain requisitions from the departments and ensure smooth supply of items; Review and prepare the admin expense reports.
