Job Responsibilities:1. Sales Strategy Implementation: Execute sales strategies to drive the distribution and sales of Lipton Taaza tea within assigned regions, Identify and target new sales opportunities, including potential retailers and distribution partners. 2.Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients, including grocery stores, supermarkets, and tea shops, Conduct regular visits to clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. 3.Market Research and Analysis:Monitor market trends and consumer preferences related to tea products, particularly Lipton Taaza. Gather and report competitive insights to the management team to inform sales strategies. 4.Sales Performance Monitoring: Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).Track sales performance metrics and maintain accurate records of sales activities.5. Promotional Activities: Plan and execute promotional events, product tastings, and in-store displays to enhance product visibility and customer engagement. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales promotions that resonate with target customers. 6.Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels at client locations and communicate replenishment needs to ensure product availability, Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams for efficient distribution and timely stock delivery. 7.Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Educate customers on the features and benefits of Lipton Taaza tea to encourage repeat purchases. 8.Reporting and Insights: Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for management, highlighting performance, challenges, and opportunities. Suggest improvements to sales processes based on field feedback and observations. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree, Marketing, or a related field. •Proven sales experience.
