Senior Executive (Accounting and Corporate Laws)

A full-time position is open for the role of Senior Executive (Accounting and Corporate Laws) at a reputed advisory firm based in Dhaka. The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing, presenting, and analyzing financial statements in compliance with IFRS and local laws such as the Companies Act, Income Tax Act, and VAT regulations. They will also manage RJSC filings, regulatory returns, business licenses, and secretarial matters, while coordinating with regulatory and client offices to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate should have an MBA or Master’s in Accounting or Finance and be partly qualified in CA, CMA, CS, or CGA. A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in accounting, financial reporting, auditing, and corporate law is preferred; however, confident freshers are also encouraged to apply.
