Marketing Officer

Generation-Next IT Solution Ltd., the developer of GPAC ERP—one of Bangladesh's most comprehensive business software solutions—is hiring for the position of Marketing Officer. GPAC ERP includes modules such as Accounting, Inventory, VAT, CRM, HRM, Payroll, and more, tailored for businesses ranging from small enterprises to large corporations. As a Marketing Officer, your key responsibilities will include conducting outbound calls to introduce GPAC Software to potential clients, identifying and researching new customer segments, maintaining client relationships through email and follow-ups, delivering product presentations and online demos, coordinating with the technical team, and regularly updating sales activities in the CRM system. The position is based at Century Center, 225 (3rd floor), Merul Badda, Dhaka 1212, next to BRAC University. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field and possess strong communication skills in both English and Bengali. Prior experience in software or ERP sales and telemarketing is preferred, though not mandatory. Applicants must be self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of learning quickly while maintaining professionalism. The compensation package includes a monthly salary of BDT 20,000 – 25,000 (negotiable depending on experience), along with attractive sales incentives, mobile and internet allowances, and performance-based growth opportunities.
