Position: Welfare Officer Factory Name: Purbasha Composite Tex Ltd. Job Location: Jamirdia,Hobirbari,Squire Masterbari,Bhaluka,Mymensingh. Experience: Wefare related work (2-4) Years Education: Graduate/Masters Salary: Negotiable Age: 25-33 Responsibility's: • Present at office in just time. • To motivate formation of different workers committee & monitoring all committee activities. • To monitor all opportunity & facilities (e.g. Canteen, restroom, childcare, proper sanitary system, drinking water etc.) of workers. Aware of any leave and others rules & regulation to the worker. • Training conduct to the new workers. • Counseling to the worker and management to implement the laws and regulations in the factory. • To communicate the facility medical officer for more medical facilities of workers about pregnant worker & lactating mother. • Report writing. • To arrange all workers committee meeting & prepare minutes of the meeting. • To keep all maternity benefit related documents properly. • Make a good relation between management & worker.
