Support and Implementation Executive

Assist in software implementation at client sites or remotely, provide basic training and support on software usage, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, communicate with clients and internal teams, maintain proper documentation of support activities, collaborate with the development and QA teams for issue resolution.
