Job Title: Client & Vendor Coordinator Company: Nexito Solutions Location: Baridhara DOHS, Dhaka, Bangladesh About the Role: Nexito Solutions is seeking a proactive, organized, and communicative Client & Vendor Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage client relationships, coordinate vendor operations, and ensure smooth communication and workflow between all parties. Preference will be given to candidates with O-Level and A-Level education. Key Responsibilities: Client Coordination: Communicate with clients to understand requirements and expectations. Maintain strong, professional relationships with clients. Provide regular updates on project or service status. Handle client queries, feedback, and complaints effectively. Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for smooth operations. Ensure timely delivery of products and services. Maintain strong relationships with vendors. Resolve vendor-related issues promptly. Operational Support: Act as a bridge between clients, vendors, and internal teams. Track orders, schedules, and project progress. Ensure tasks are completed within deadlines. Negotiation & Follow-Up: Assist in negotiating pricing and service terms with vendors. Follow up with clients and vendors to ensure smooth communication. Monitor service quality and ensure client satisfaction. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain proper records of communications, orders, and agreements. Prepare reports on client activities and vendor performance. Ensure all documentation is organized and up-to-date. Requirements: O-Level & A-Level education (preferred). Strong written and spoken English communication skills. Good organizational and multitasking abilities. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Email).
