Job Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to prospective organizations from provided contact lists - Communicate with potential clients and identify their software requirements - Introduce company’s AI-driven solutions such as CRM, ERP, and other business software - Build initial relationships with prospective clients - Schedule meetings and appointments for Business Development Officers - Follow up with prospects on a regular basis - Maintain accurate call records and client information - Report daily calling activities and updates to the concerned department - Perform other tasks as assigned by the management Requirements: - Female candidates only - Minimum 6 months of experience in telemarketing, telesales, or client calling - Bachelor’s / Honors degree from any reputed institution - Fluency in Bangla and English will be preferred - Confident, professional, and persuasive communication skills - Comfortable communicating with corporate and government-level organizations - Must be responsible, target-oriented, and well-organized - Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills will be an added advantage Benefits: - Provident Fund with company and employee contribution - 10% annual salary increment based on performance - 2 festival bonuses, each 50% of monthly salary - Paid sick leave - Career growth and professional development opportunities - Friendly and professional work environment
