Innovative Creation Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Consumer Activation Coordinator to lead field-level brand activities and manage activation teams across various territories. Role Overview Job Location: Chittagong (All), Feni, Noakhali, Laxmipur, Chandpur, Comilla, Gouripur. Reporting: Management of Brand Ambassadors (BA) and Supervisors. Key Responsibilities • Team Management: Recruit, manage, and provide field coaching for Brand Ambassadors (BA) and Supervisors within assigned territories. • Execution: Ensure proper execution of all marketing campaigns and monitor daily consumer activation activities. • Field Operations: Conduct regular field visits according to route plans and manage territory-wise campaign logistics. • Analysis & Reporting: Analyze daily performance, suggest "way forward" strategies, and maintain strong communication/reporting lines. • Stakeholder Management: Maintain relationships with DH teams and stakeholders; coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations. Requirements & Qualifications • Experience & Education: • Experience: 1–2 years in Field Team Management, Brand Activation, Consumer Activation, or Sales. Experience in a Team Lead/Supervision role is highly preferred. • Education: Minimum Graduate degree; Master’s degree preferred. Skills & Tools: • Computer Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Assets: Must own a bike and a laptop (mandatory). Additional Criteria: Age: 25–33 years. • Competencies: Strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory. • Preference: Heavy preference given to candidates with experience in field activation and team deployment. Benefits Salary: BDT 30,000 – 35,000 (Negotiable). Other benefits as per company rules.
