Job Responsibilities: • Lead and supervise the Brand Ambassador (BA) Supervisor Team within Dhaka territories. • Manage and oversee 2–3 specific territories to ensure smooth operational activities. • Ensure proper execution of consumer activation programs and promotional campaigns. • Conduct weekly team meetings for coordination, task delegation, and performance analysis. • Handle field-level issues, generate required reports, and maintain real-time communication with the team. • Responsible for BA & Supervisor recruitment, training, motivation, and retention. • Carry out all official instructions related to the job and escalate critical matters to management. Requirements: • Education: Minimum Graduation. • Experience: 1–2 years in field operations, activation, or sales coordination. • Technical: Must own a Laptop (Mandatory); owning a bike is an extra advantage. • Skills: Strong leadership, team management, and proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets. • Attributes: Smart, proactive, result-oriented, and excellent interpersonal skills.
