Key Responsibilities: • Counsel prospective applicants on suitable programs (Immigration/Study) and provide accurate information regarding rules, regulations, and processes. • Assist clients with the complete visa application process, including documentation, submission, and interview preparation. • Support students with university applications, admission procedures, and scholarship information. • Provide comprehensive visa application support and pre-departure guidance. • Build and maintain strong relationships with immigration clients, students, parents, and internal stakeholders. • Achieve individual and team enrollment targets to contribute to business growth. • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and prepare regular reports. Qualifications & Requirements: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Master’s degree is a plus). • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Counseling, B2B Sales, Tele Sales, or similar roles. • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools. • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. • Mindset: Passion for education and helping students achieve their goals. • Flexibility: Willingness to travel if required.
