Job Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls to potential customers and provide detailed information about the company's matchmaking and matrimony services. • Professionally handle both incoming and outgoing calls and provide accurate information and assistance based on customer requirements. • Identify potential customers, generate leads, conduct regular follow-ups, and schedule appointments for the sales team when required. • Understand customers' needs, preferences, and requirements and recommend suitable services accordingly. • Respond to customer queries, complaints, and service-related concerns in a professional manner. • Maintain and regularly update customer contact information, interests, follow-up status, and other relevant information in the CRM/database. • Follow up regularly with assigned customers to develop potential service opportunities. • Maintain a polite, positive, professional, and responsible attitude when communicating with customers. • Strictly maintain the confidentiality and privacy of customers' personal and family-related information. • Coordinate with the sales and other relevant teams to ensure proper customer service and support. • Prepare and maintain daily reports related to calls, leads, follow-ups, and appointments. Requirements: • Minimum HSC or equivalent educational qualification. • Experience in call center, tele-sales, customer service, or sales will be preferred. • Excellent and fluent communication skills in Bangla. • Ability to communicate with customers politely, patiently, and professionally. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to understand customer needs and present relevant services effectively over the phone. • Good follow-up and lead management skills. • Comfortable using computers, the internet, CRM systems, and databases. • Must be responsible, punctual, sincere, hardworking, and target-oriented. • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. • Must maintain strict confidentiality regard
